The couple/owners are generous and kind. Great location if you don't want to be in the center of Tokyo yet connected to the entire area. Easy access from/to HND.
Finding it was tough even for the locals.....but that was a great feature once you found it.
The hotel was run by this old couple who were very sweet. It was very close to station, only like a 3 minute walk.
The location was in the middle of a boonies town and took forever to get back to Tokyo. The environment was somewhat unprofessional, when I walked in there were three kids playing in the lobby, turns out they were the couples grand-kids, and they sat right next to me and stared at me as I checked in. The sheets felt kinda gross like they haven't been changed in a while and the carpet in the room was disgusting. I wouldn't stay here again, you can find better places for the price.
Very friendly pair of ogasan & otosan managing the hotel, staff also very polite and efficient , hotel with wifi as well as in the room. If they speak some simple English would be a bonus.!
Very welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff. Loved the place, felt like I was in my own apartment.
